    1. Who I Am

    This website (askalamin.com) is owned and operated by Al Amin — a Certified Digital Marketing & Website Growth Expert offering consulting, website design & development, conversion optimization, AI agent creation, and educational programs (courses, books, podcasts). By accessing this site or engaging with any of my services you agree to the terms below.

    2. Services Offered

    I provide professional services including but not limited to: Website Design & Development, Conversion-Focused Website Design, Data-Driven Digital Marketing, Business Idea to Reality consulting, AI Agents Creation, the "One Man Business Empire Blueprint" course, "Learn AI – Make Life Smoother" course, the Marketing 365 book series, and free educational content (blog, podcasts, research). Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed in writing per project before work begins.

    3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

    Service engagements typically require a deposit before work starts. Course admissions and book purchases are processed securely. Digital products (courses, ebooks, recorded sessions) are non-refundable once access is granted. Custom service refunds are evaluated case-by-case if work has not yet started; once execution begins, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    For service projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate brand assets, content, access credentials, timely feedback, and the agreed payments. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift project timelines and may incur additional costs.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All site content — written articles, podcasts, course material, frameworks, designs, and source code published on this site — belongs to Al Amin unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. Reselling, republishing, or AI-training on this content without written permission is prohibited. Custom client work transfers per the agreement signed for that engagement.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to bypass authentication, no harassing communication via the contact form, and no uploading of malicious content. Abuse may result in blocking and legal action.

    7. Third-Party Tools

    Some pages link to or integrate third-party tools (Stripe for payments, Supabase for backend, Google for analytics, etc.). Their respective terms apply when you use them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to this site or services is limited to the amount you paid me in the 3 months preceding the claim.
